Born and raised in Bihar and Jharkhand, and further enriched by Wharton and Stanford, Nivedita is defined by the 4Cs: Curiosity, Courage, Compassion, and Creativity. Through 16 years of work, she has blended digital innovation, finance, and social impact to launch and scale multiple innovative, category-creating products and platforms across the US, UK, and Asia, contributing $100-200M in topline revenue. She has been tapped for her innovation, strategy, and growth expertise by renowned institutions including The World Bank, British Telecom, Reserve Bank Innovation Hub India, and several venture-backed startups.

Nivedita's academic roots are in Computer Science (Distinction, ranked 1st), Social Impact (ranked 1st across India), and Business (Wharton MBA, with merit-based Joseph Wharton & Omnicom Fellowships and professional education in Venture Capital from Stanford). She is currently building dendrons.ai — an Applied AI startup supported by Google Cloud for Startups, and teaching Applied AI via SkillAI.academy. Her AI teaching curriculum was piloted and validated at SKIPA (Shri Krishna Institute of Public Administration), Jharkhand Government and is now being scaled to more folks joining the AI revolution.
